Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Items can be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original bags, tags, labels attached, and in the zip bag. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer services at [email protected] to request a return shipping label. The items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Standard Delivery, Expedited Shipping, and Priority Shipping are available within the USA. Prices vary upon the total items ordered.

Standard Delivery is available for international orders (Outside USA). Prices vary upon the total items ordered.

Items will ship 1-3 business days after the order has been received.
